Baked Apples with Leaning Oak's Cajeta
4 Apples (Granny Smith, Pink Lady)
Butter
Jar of Leaning Oak’s Cajeta
Core apples and place in a baking dish
Place a dessert spoon of butter in the centre of each apple
Bake at 150 – 180 degrees for 45 minutes (until apples are golden brown)
Place apples in a serving dish and pour caramel into the centre of each apple and drizzle down the side.
Serve with Ice Cream
