Artisian Cheese
Our Sheep Milk cheese is very creamy with subtle flavours not found in other cheese styles, whilst the Goat Milk Cheese has strong tangy flavours, and provides a lower fat alternative. Our range of sheep and goat cheeses include Fresh Cheeses, Feta, Marinated Feta, Blue and Soft Ripened styles such as Brie.
Artisan Sheep Cheese Range:
Fetta: A firm, creamy, salty cheese that is great in Salads, Pasta and on your cheese platter.
Marinated Fetta: Leaning Oak Fetta can be purchased plain or marinated in Pesto, Preserved Lime or Tomato & Coriander. This cheese travels well and can be kept for up to three months.
Soft Ripened: This Brie style cheese is ripened using white penicillin mould the resulting cheese is ripe, creamy and full of flavour.
Baa Baa Blue: Our Blue Vein Sheep Cheese is rich with pungent blue cheese aromas, a rich tangy flavour and is based on the French Roquefort style .
Fresh Sheep Curd: This is a soft creamy cheese and is lovely on bread in place of butter, in salads or pasta it is also great to cook with.
Ripened Fresh Sheep Cheese: A white mould is added to our fresh sheep curd and the curd is aged. The resulting cheese is soft and creamy with a beautiful ripe flavour.
Artisan Goat Cheese Range
Fetta: Goat Fetta is a firm cheese that is tangy and salty. Use it in Salads, Pasta and on your cheese platter.

Saint Maures: a French style of fresh goat cheese. This cheese has two lives, initially as a fresh cheese and then it can be aged for up to 4 weeks to produce a ripened soft cheese with developed goat cheese flavours.
